President/CEO, Founder of Sea-Coast Consulting, LLC, John has created an organization of quality professionals, which serves the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. John is extensively involved with the daily management of the Company's operations, including staff development, financial management, technical review, project design, and public hearing testimony, while maintaining a high level of accessibility to the Organization's clients and staff. He established the standards for excellence, which are accepted as philosophy by staff, for delivering quality, service, and value. John is well known for his "hands-on" approach to embracing projects.

John is a seasoned Professional Engineer, with over 25 years' experience, has been highly instrumental in the development and refinement of Sea-Coast Consulting, LLC. As he has done throughout his career, John continues to be a company leader, delivering multi-project regional development programs ahead of schedule and on (or below) budget, for municipalities and corporations. His eye for detail, and uncompromising determination to deliver results, has enabled John to continue expansion of the firm's services to our extensive list of clientele who have desired the proven Sea-Coast Consulting, LLC ability. John is intimately knowledgeable in the permitting and approval process of the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

A Registered Professional Engineer within the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Vladimir has an extensive knowledge of the engineering field, which entails Structural as well as Civil Engineering. He is intimately involved with the engineering management and design processes, and permitting to ensure that all deadlines and objectives are delivered. Vladimir has extensive experience with various municipal, commercial, residential, and industrial developments. Vladimir’s focus is primarily on the design aspects of projects. He is responsible for project layout, project design, drainage calculations, and analysis. Vladimir ensures that all levels of staff participation are focused and dedicated to serving the client's needs from permitting to final construction.
